  I'm dismayed to have to give one star, because as far as the vets go, both the equine and small animal vets there are top notch. But as for their administrative and front office support staff, I would give zero stars if possible. I have sat in that office for over an hour on multiple occasions when I had a appointment well in advance. The customer service when I have asked as to why the wait is so long was dismissive and rude at best. I have spent thousands of dollars here on both my dogs and horses, but I will be finding another option, because I do not appreciate the level of disrespect shown to me here. As an example, I asked to be informed about what the total of my bill was before my debit card was swiped. Twice now, they have charged me before I knew the total. I'm not sure this expresses just how rude the front office staff has been or how unprofessional they have been. Dirty looks when I asked questions, office gossip spoken across the counter, by talking over me when I'm asking about prescriptions...the list goes on and on. I have brought up my issues on multiple occasions and have been given scheduling conflict answers, but no change initiated for any of the above complaints.

  I only give this place two stars because their prices are reasonable BUT they will suck every penny out of you. We have been loyal customers to this vet for 11+ years. Every time we take our dog in they always convince us that we need x-rays and blood work just to make sure nothing else is going on, which we pay for because we believe in a doctor's opinions. My husband took our dog in 3 weeks ago for what appeared to be pain in her hind leg. They again convinced us to have x-rays and blood work done. After this they found nothing and said she was probably just sore in her hind leg, they prescribed us pain meds and a steroid. Over the weekend our pup re-injured her leg. We know its not broken because she is walking normally and standing on her hind legs to get a treat, but if you touch her the wrong way she may squeal and she just can't seem to get comfortable while laying down. I called this morning to see if we could get another RX for the pain meds so we could put her on kennel rest and ease her pain but they insisted that we come in for her leg to be examined. We JUST paid them $165 3 weeks ago for them to do all kinds of test which found nothing wrong. They stated they would not give her any more pain meds unless she came in for a $50 visit. This vet will do everything they can to get money from you. BEWARE!
