- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are great. Counselors are great. Office staff makes many mistakes in billing and message taking. Phones aren't answered very well. If you want anything taken care of properly by office staff, your best bet is to speak with Kanica in the Green Clinic. Prescription refill voicemail is hit or miss.October 25, 2017by Jennifer M

- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is a HUGE difference with how GREEN clinic treats their patients and how RED clinic treats their patients. Green clinics receptionist Kaneka is rude and distasteful, once a patient leaves she will talk about them badly! She's done is many times. I've been going here for 6 years. I will continue to see Dr. Leslie Morris, she's amazing, but the receptionist is terrible. She doesn't check when or where your medicine is, if there is something you need to give to your doctor, wait until you can hand it to him/her physically! It's takes so long for the receptionist to hand it to her. Now, the red clinic is the opposite. They have truly some of the nicest people working there. I was in the waiting room and the receptionist went out just to speak with me about my day and if I needed anything before he went to talk to the Dr. they treat you with respect. Calling both you will hear "hi this FPA green clinic can I put you on hold?" Without answering you're on hold. "Hi this is FPA red clinic. Can I please put you on hold for a brief moment?" And they always wait for your response and say thank you. I'm tired of green clinic. I schedule less with my Dr. because I'm tired of going.
