- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Kelly was pleasant, the visit was not what I was expecting tho I did feel temporary relief for a couple hours. I paid $95 for three needles, some stretching and breathing techniques. The one thing that really concerns me is that I had to fill out patient information with my personal data and SSN. When I paid, I received no receipt and my information was put in a folder. When I left and thought about it, I called back and expressed my concern about leaving my personal information and why was it necessary for a cash transaction, her response was that my information is safe. Now, I'm contemplating on doing life lock and other credit protection services. Nice Lady but the administration procedures are questionable.December 09, 2016by paul mayers
