- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did the check in online and received my text notification that I would be seen at 12:15 (which worked perfectly for me since my lunch break was at 12:00 and work just around the corner from this office) I arrived at 12:10 was told I would be seen in a few minutes. They finally called me back at 12:45 but another patient stood up because she thought she was called. She was closer to the nurse that called me and she took her back instead. When I explained to them that I was the patient called rather than bringing the other woman back out and taking me back they took her and I continued to wait. I was extremely unhappy with how they handled that situation as her issue was not more urgent than mine. I had said upon checking in that I was under a time constraint and I understand it is a Dr. office and thing aren't cut and dry but, if it was my turn to be seen (which it was) they should have sent the other patient back to the waiting area and taken me back. Unacceptable costumer service will NOT return or recommend this practice to anyone EVER !!!!!!!!!February 18, 2017by Kandyce Brown
