  They refuse to listen to my questions and requests. It is also very hard to reach them on the phone. They seem nice with all the smiles but it's all fake. And it's very expensive considering they do NOT cover much. They do NOT cover emergencys, they do NOT cover if they are sick and extra care and medication costs an arm and a leg.

  They always greet my dog and look haooy to see her. The take you right back inti the rooms. I havent had to wait long periods of time. They answer all my questions and concerns. Im not sure what the other negative comme ts are about because they are always willing to answer my questions. They vet techs and doctors are very caring. I havent had a problem since. I am on the optimum wellness plan. I know people are complaining on these comments about all the things they dont cover but they tell you exactly what they cover and what they dont when ypu sign up for it. If you dont like the terms dont sign up. Yes they are more expensive then the other vets but I like the experience so much and how much faster my appointment is that its worth it to me. My dog seems to like everyone there and is not stressed out bc she doesnt have to wait for hours in the lobby! Love it!!
