- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rude and unprofessional! I was hung up on three times. I was unable to ask any questions and person was only interested in what insurance I have. Maybe if the lady would of let me speak, I could of told her what concerns I am having and she would of been able to direct me to the "Provider or Spa" side. Clearly overwhelmed and incompetent. Dear Dr. Klumpar Please evaluate your front desk staff. They are terrible! They do not represent you well at all.
