  1 star is the lowest, I would have selected none if it were available. The front desk thing rude as all get out. Tried to reschedule and closest appointment date they would give was November. I had another family member call random for the same kind of appointment (Filling) and they offered next Friday. My assumption is that professionalism is not part of the vision statement. But they'll gladly take your money on their time..... not from this family. Options are good thing in life.

  Horrible Customer Service.....I will NEVER go back. They forget this...... If you have NO customers, you have NO business. This was a 1st & LAST visit for my child in the Fayetteville office. I walked in the office on time@4pm for my appointment. I noticed the ladies behind the partition reading magazines (very unprofessional) & others on the phone Finally, one of them hung up & advised me that I should've been there 30 mins. earlier to fill out paperwork. She advised me that they were leaving at 5pm. so id have to reschedule... I advised her that i was ON TIME for my appt. I told her I had left my job, my child had EOG testing in school, that was why i arrived at my 'appointed' time@4pm. She said they still wouldnt see my child. She didnt even offer to start the paperwork for perhaps another date. She said I'd have to reschedule...thats it! I called back to speak to a manager & was advised Mr Dudley/the mngr wasnt in, they didnt know when he'd be in. The lady I spoke to even went on to say that she didnt know if he'd even call me back because he was busy running 3 offices. I left & never heard from anyone there! No one deserves this type of treatment. The customer has the right to be heard..that's the least Hometown Family Dental could do.. if it's name says FAMILY..
